Main (Home) Page:
At the bottom of each story there is a little taskbar. Then there's some text that says "No Comments" or (X [amount of] Comments) there. To comment all you have to do is click on that (it's a link) and a comments box will open. You can type in whatever you want to say and post it. I will get an email and be able to view the comment later.
Single-Story Pages:
Just scroll to the bottom of the page and there is a comments box.
